New Opportunities For Military Discharge Review

Congress recently created the Discharge Appeal Review Board (DARB), which is a DOD Board empowered to review “appeals” from the Service Boards of Correction of Military Records (BCNR). Only service members separated on or after December 20, 2019 who have exhausted their BCNR/BCMR options may apply and the DARB is a ONE CHANCE, document review only process, with no provision for appearing before it. Please click here for more information on the DRB and here for information on the BCNR.

After two decades of war, so many military members have received discharges for conduct impacted by PTSD, TBI or mental health issues. THERE ARE REMEDIES! If you or a loved one are looking to upgrade a military discharge, please reach out to an experienced military lawyer for assistance.
