If You’re Subject to Administrative Separation from the Military for Refusing Vaccine, You’re Guaranteed at Least a General Discharge Under Defense Bill

If you or a loved one are being separated from the military for refusing the COVID-19 vax, federal law will soon require that you receive at least a General discharge. A General discharge will ensure you are eligible for all veteran’s benefits with the exception of the GI Bill.
